Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Toro Fitwear, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. This policy outlines how we handle shipping, returns, and exchanges.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • You can use this number to monitor your package.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Toro Fitwear is not responsible for delays or costs caused by customs.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

7. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, sports bras, leggings, and underwear can only be returned if unworn and in perfect condition. Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.

8. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are handled as a return + new order to ensure product availability.

  • Contact our customer service at torofitwear@gmail.com to initiate an exchange.

9. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order number.

  • We will provide a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.

10. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

11. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
