6. Lost or Delayed Packages

7. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, sports bras, leggings, and underwear can only be returned if unworn and in perfect condition. Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.
8. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return + new order to ensure product availability.

9. Defective or Incorrect Items
